Why I made this site
While working on my own Fitz project, I discovered that all the URLs related to the 50th anniversary of the Edmund Fitzgerald sinking were available. That meant nobody was working on one.

As a result, I developed this site as a single source for content about the Fitz that was available at the time.

New content is now being released at a rapid pace, especially in the Great Lakes region. I hope to be able to add that content in the coming months.

The contributors (writers, researchers, producers, hobbyists, and influencers) I highlight and curate on this site are the experts on the Fitz. Not me. We owe them our thanks.

I hope you enjoy the site and get as deeply obsessed about the Fitz as I've been over the years. Thanks for your interest. Don't forget to follow the site on social media.
